Six joining fragments of a limestone stele

Source(s) provenance |
The six joining fragments were found by E. Preuner in 1901 in situ: he did a squeeze of all the fragments. G. Klaffenbach could only see the lower fragment. In 2003 the archaeologists of the Plaghia-Halbinseln-Survey discovered again the upper fragment under the lower one: both of them were still in situ in the same place where Preuner saw them. Squeeze (E. Preuner, K. Hallof) at the Archive of Inscriptiones Graecae, Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften.
