Comments |
The owner of the sarcophagus is introduced as gerousiastes (ll. b1-2), hymnodos (l. b2) and lampadarches (l. b2). It is unclear whether or not he was also a member of the association; if so, he must have been among its more prominent members (Dittmann-Schöne 2010: 128).
