Status |
If the restoration as suggested in SEG 54: 1531 (2) is correct, the thiasos of the community of Marion may have been one of the thiasoi consisting of Ptolemaic military settlers and their descendants. For these thiasoi, see Mitford 1961: 141-2, no. 39; Hermary 2004: 54-5; SEG 54: 1531.

Honours/Other activities |
Mitford 1961: 141-2, no. 39 demonstrates that the association honoured Stasidemos, son of Eros, who was a citizen of Paphos and served there as [θε]ῶν ἐπιστάτης, [the]on epistates.

Local interaction |
Through the honours granted (see above X.iv), the association interacted with a citizen of Paphos, one of the main cities on the island.
