Dedication in Greek to the synodos georgon Kaisaros
|
i. |
Comments |
This is a dedication made to a synodos of imperial tenant farmers (?) by a man only identifed as Pankrates the son of Panesneus, likely a member of the group (but not necessarily)

Note |
The identification of a group of imperial tenant farmers as a private association is perhaps a little problematic given their employment; nevertheless, if we are to assume that the apolysimoi of P.Mich. V 244 (CAPInv. 1409 ) are, in fact, a private association, then it seems likely that this group is too.
