ii. References to buildings/objects Reference to a stele in l. 13 is restored by Wilhelm 1905, ἀναγρά[ψαι] δὲ τόδε τὸ ψή[φισμα ἐν στήληι λιθίνει], anagra[psai] de tode to pse[phisma en stelei lithinei].

VII. ORGANIZATION

ii. Leadership In l. 5 there is a reference to leaders, ἡγεμόνες hegemones. According to the text they coordinate their actions with that of the honoured officials, but their name implies some sort of preeminence.

vi. Laws and rules In l. 2 there is an oblique reference to a law (νόμος, nomos), something that led Wilhelm 1905 to restore nomos in l. 3 in order to explain the obligation of the officials honoured to provide money for the burial of the deceased members, ll. 2-3: ἔδοσαν [δὲ καὶ ταφικόν τοῖς | μεταλλάξασιν τὸ γεγραμ]μένον ἑκάστωι κατ[ὰ τὸν νόμον] edosan [de kai taphikon this | metallaxasin to gegram]menon hekastoi kat[a ton nomon].
ix. Privileges Apparently, the association provided a benefit for burial to its deceased members (ll. 2-3).

VIII. PROPERTY AND POSSESSIONS

i. Treasury/Funds In ll. 3-4 is mentioned that the honoured officials have handed down an amount of more than 1770 dr.: [καὶ πα|ρα]δε[δ]ώκασι[ν] ἀργυρ[ί]ου περιὸν Χ?ΗΗ?ΔΔ, [kai pa|ra]de[d]okasi[n] argyr[i]ou perion 1770.

X. ACTIVITIES

iii. Worship A sacrifice (θυσία, thysia) is restored in l. 17.
The reference to piety towards the gods (ll. 12-13: [καὶ εὐσεβείας τῆς περὶ τοὺ]|ς θεοὺς, [kai eusebeias tes peri tou]|s theous) imply that the group had, among others, a cultic function.
iv. Honours/Other activities The officials are honoured with a praise (ἐπαινέσαι, epainesai, l. 8) and a crown of olive leaves (θαλλοῦ στέφανος, thallou stephanos, l. 11).
The treasurer of the year of archon Glaukippos is ordered to provide the sum of 30 dr. for a dedication and a sacrifice, ll. 15-17.

XII. NOTES

i. Comments The decree was substantially restored by Wilhelm 1905. The ascription to an association of thiasotai relies on his reading in l. 8 of a (uncertain) theta.
In l. 16 the name of the archon Glaukippos survives.
