The synodos declares that the statue of its benefactor has to be crowned by everyone who performs in the theatre; if he does not, he is to pay to the synodos (ll. 18-20).

The synodos honours an agonothetes, who has not only done his job well, but also feasted the synodos on many occasions (with "royal banquets", l. 16). He receives the "customary inscription" and a statue; furthermore, he is proclaimed as a benefactor in every city where the synodos performs.
