Comments |
IG V.1 883: the fragmentary name Δαμα[- - -], Dama[- - -] can be perhaps completed as Δαμα[ρχίδας ἐποίει], Dama[rchidas epoiei], as IG suggests.

Private association |
Possible
|
|
Note |
The inscriptions on the tiles offer no sufficient evidence for the existence of a private association. However the word synodos and the fact that the tiles were found in the vicinity of a heroon' do not exclude the possibility that there was an association, perhaps related to the cult or honour of a heros.
