Leadership |
The association was named after the deity (Nemesis) and its leader (Terminaris), who bears no title.

Status |
The deceased's nomen does not allow any certainty as to his status (see the comments of Nigdelis 2006: 182-3)

Comments |
The name of the group mentions Nemesis, most probably in her role as the chief deity of gladiatorial and wild-beast games (see the detailed analysis of Nigdelis 2006: 179-91). Judging by the fact that this is the first mention of an association of Nemesis in the whole Greek East, Nigdelis 2006: 181-2 is probably correct in assuming that this was an association of spectators of gladiatorial and wild-beast games.

Note |
The supposed nature of the group's activities, a distinct name and leadership all point to a private association.
