VII. ORGANIZATION

vi. Laws and rules In his letter, Hadrian confirmed "the law" (τὸν νόμον, ton nomon) according to which they (sc. the naukleroi) asked to constitute (their association).

Some preliminary organizational structure which made the composition of the petition possible, must have existed even before the official recognition of the association.
