i. Comments An association of transport workers is also attested at Thessalonike (see CAPInv. 795) while references to muleteers and other transport workers in Macedonia abound (see BE 1994: no. 402; Nigdelis 2006: 185-7 and 255-6), especially along the axis of the Via Egnatia.
