Note Several graffiti painted by athletes in training in 2nd-3rd c. AD were found on the east wall's inner face of the xystos in Delphi (Queyrel 1992 and 2001).

ii. Interaction abroad Quintilius Karpophoros from Ephesos, archigrammateus xystou, gained the Elian and the Delphic citizenship and also became member of the boule in Delphi (F.Delphes III.1 209, l. 4)

i. Comments On CID IV 164 and F.Delphes III.1 466, xystarches is member of a conspicuous family and hold other important offices (agonothetes, hosios?, secretary, ambassador of the God) in the city (or other cities) and the sanctuary.
It is not certain that the Quintilius Karpophoros from Ephesos was archigrammateus of the Delphic xystos or the xystos in Rome (F.Delphes III.1 209)
