The text may, perhaps, pertain to an association related or associated in some way with Yahweh since the group's name is a reference to the Sabbath (those that celebrate the Sabbath). In discussing other evidence of such groups, Harland 2003: 49-50 holds that the membership could be, and perhaps likely was, gentile and not Jewish.
