The funerary epigram informs about the untimely death of the young Eutychos. "The phratores" are responsible for setting up the stele and an eikon (l. 12).

Note |
Nothing can be said with certainty about the phratores who are involved in the commemoration of young Eutychos. There are instances of phratrai in Phrygia that can plausibly be explained as private associations. In this case, the young age of Eutychos raises the question whether or not he could have been a member of such a phratra, or the son of a member.
