VII. ORGANIZATION

iii. Members There is only mention of the mover of the decree, Θεοτέλης Πυθαράτου Ὀάθεν (Theoteles Pytharatou Oathen) presumably a member of the group.

Known practice of appointment The participle αἱρεθεὶς means that he was elected by the association's membership

X. ACTIVITIES

i. Assemblies Passing a honorary decree required an assembly to approve it. We do not know how often an assembly was convened.
iii. Worship The name ὀργεῶνες (orgeones) denotes a cult group
Deities worshipped If the relief is an indicator, then one of the following three or all the three, Zeus Meilichios, Kybele/Meter, Artemis/Kore

XI. INTERACTION

i. Local interaction It is possible to identify the honorand bearing the rare personal name Theokomos, with a Theokomos attested in an unpublished decree from a koinon thiasoton of Herakles Pankrates, mentioned by S. Tracy, Athens and Macedon, p. 51 and Athenian democracy in Transition, p. 51. If this is right, then it is only the second case on an individual member of a cult association participating in a second one.

XIII. EVALUATION

i. Private association Certain
Note The use of the term κοινὸν (koinon) is a safe indicator of the corporate character of the group.
