Kinship-related:phratores. Given the improbability of a real phratry in Imperial Sintike, the kinship is most probably fictitious, with religious connotations.

Note The laconic nature of our evidence (οἱ φράτορες τῷ ἱερῖ, hoi phratores toi hieri) does not allow for certainty, but Mihailov (in IGBulg IV 2320) is probably correct in treating this inscription as evidence for a religious association.
