Theophoric:The doumos is named after the deity worshiped by the association, the Tauros kompetou, the "Taurus of the crossroads", linked to bull-faced Dionysos (Polito 2004: 49-51).

The term doumos, related to the clubhouse of the association and / or the holy residence of the deity worshiped, is very rare in the Greek mainland and is mainly attested in Asia Minor, particularly in Phrygia (Voutiras 1992: 88-9; Polito 2004).
