Note Although Tod in his translation of this text interprets the reference to tois koinois (I.Délos 1520, l. 6) as 'societies' (Tod 1934: 145; cf. Meijer and Van Nijf 1992: 57-8, no. 79), it is more likely that tois koinois here refers to the common good or common funds (cf. AGRW 224).
